My Office Genie provides an AI-powered social media management platform that enables users to:

- Schedule, publish, and analyze content across multiple social networks (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok).

- Collaborate with team members through shared workspaces and approval workflows.

- Automate posting via bulk scheduling, RSS feed integration, and AI-generated content.

- Access analytics, reporting tools, and media storage features.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

 3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

- Maintain and promptly update your account information.

- Keep your password confidential and secure.

- Be responsible for all activities under your account.

You may be liable for losses incurred by My Office Genie or others due to unauthorized use of your account if you fail to safeguard your credentials.

 4. Subscription & Payment

 a) Free and Paid Plans

The Service offers free and paid subscription plans. Details of available features per plan are listed on our website.

 b) Billing

- Paid subscriptions will be billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

- Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. We do not store full credit card details.

- Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable.

 c) Changes to Pricing

We may change pricing for paid plans upon reasonable notice, which may include email notification or announcement within the platform.

 5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

- Use the Service to post or share illegal, harmful, offensive, or infringing content.

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.

- Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.

- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the platform.

- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract data without permission.

You are solely responsible for the content you schedule or publish via connected social accounts.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including software, design, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, APIs, and AI models, are owned by My Office Genie or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of any intellectual property.

You retain ownership of your content. However, by using the Service, you grant My Office Genie a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, display, and distribute your content solely to provide and improve the Service.

AI-generated content created within the platform is intended for your personal or business use under your brand, subject to applicable laws and platform policies.

 7. Prohibited Uses

You must not use the Service to:

- Violate any local, national, or international law.

- Distribute spam, malware, or phishing content.

- Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices.

- Bypass rate limits or abuse automation features.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activities.

 8. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, and RSS feeds. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of these external services.

 9. Data Usage & Privacy

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Some provisions (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, governing law) will survive termination.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE OPERATION.

 12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MY OFFICE GENIE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE LAST SIX MONTHS.

 13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless My Office Genie, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

- Your use of the Service.

- Your content or social media activity.

- Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

 14. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date and notify registered users via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

 15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sydney, Australia.
